We rent the RV for two weeks, and we didn’t have hot water at the RV, and they fix it only after 10 days!!!
The TV outside didn’t work.
After the check out the host tried to charge us for the add-ons which you can see (at the attached photo) that it was for free.At the checkout, the host screamed and yelled at us, he was literally cursing us after we tried to speak calm and nicely with him.it’s not the first time that we rent RV, but that was a terrible and scary experience for us.
We do not recommend to take this RV in any way !!!!! don’t do it to yourself.
I have recording and documents that prove everything. whoever needs can reach out to me.

The trip was a wonderful time with my family! The motorhome had some pros and cons.
Unfortunately, the cons did outweigh the pros and I would not rent this particular motorhome again.
PROS
- The self leveling system! Yes ! Yes ! Yes !
- The motorhome handled very well while driving
- The generator worked every time
- The slide was great
CONS
- DIRTY !!! The motorhome was not clean, the bathroom smelled like urine, the stove top was greasy, there was so much dirt and stuff coming out from under the couch and cushions the floors were gross. The bowls and utensils were dirty.
- Lack of Maintenace. This motorhome has been used hard and it shows. Torn cushions, missing parts on chairs, all coach windows, except one, didn't open, the tires need to be replaced, blinds are stuck in place, drawers in kitchen held close with a bungee cord, other drawers missing
- Cushion Fiasco !! The cushions at the kitchen table did not fit and the velcro was worn off so they were constantly slipping, sliding and falling off.
- A written manual would have been nice to refer to for general practices, generator, slide function, etc.
- The A/C from the generator was not adequate, make sure your trip is north
- The absolute bare minimum for kitchen supplies like cutlery and dishes. As mentioned they were dirty, so we ended up buying paper plates and utensils.
- No garbage bags or garbage can
- Not the host fault but the overhead bunk gets extremely hot and is not comfortable for sleeping
- The gray and black water sensors were not accurate so it showed full even after dumping
- The main door was tough to latch properly so it came open three times while drivingOverall, the experience was great but the actual motorhome could have been better.
Unfortunately, the cons did outweigh the pros and I would not rent this particular motorhome again.

I'll try to be as fair as possible to the owners. We booked the trip last minute and they gave us a quick 15 minute run down of what we needed to do in order to bring back the trailer. I think that we probably needed a longer run down of their expectations so we could have properly addressed them. If you rent, plan in advance to ask more questions and have time for a thorough run down. Our last minute pickup ultimately cost us an additional $100 fee that the owner withheld from our security deposit. I will also mention that we did not have service the entire trip we were on to contact the owners. We had to rought it. Here is our experience:The toilet was leaking urine from the first time the bathroom was used. We tried clearing out the black tank 2 seperate times (even though it wasn't even half full). Each time we did not notice anything out of the normal or any blockages. The toilet simply leaked. Our entire trip smelt like a saturated honey bucket. The trailer had damage on the drivers side from a previous renter. Our first night sleeping in the trailer we woke up to the trailer literally slipping and going from being leveled to unbalanced. We checked and a large piece of 2x4 from the trailer frame had fallen out and the leveler slipped to the side. It seems this is due to damage from some kind of impact or wreck, which we were told about upon pickup. I went underneath to take a look and the damage to the frame was more severe than it looked. Bolts were bent and it looks like a half done job to fix it. This was a big concern for our families safety.Aside from the potential safety concern and the toilet leak, the itrailer and amenities functioned fine. The trailer was extremely dusty and dirty when we picked it up (granted we did rent it super last minute)We ended up dropping off the trailer a day early and left it on the side of the road in front of the owners home. The owner was upset because we didn't do a checkout walkthrough, however we didn't realize that was necessary. Maybe this was because of our rushed pickup, but the drop off / check out instructions were not clear to us and ended up costing us the $100 they deducted from our security deposit.

Very nice RV, super easy to pick up and drop off!! Had the awning rip off in the wind; outdoorsy and the owners were very helpful in getting this takin care of and getting back on the road!

The owners were great to work with. They have realistic expectations of their renters and are not emotionally tied to the RV, which made it less stressful for us to rent. The walk through before driving was great and the owners made sure we understood how things work. Once we were on the road the owners quickly answered any questions that came up. The RV was spacious and practical for our family of 8. The owners had it very clean for us. Overall, the process was great.

Megan’s RV worked out great on our trip. Very comfortable and the unlimited use of the generator was a huge plus. Helped us keep things cool during the day when needed. Very nice RV. Thanks again Megan!

We rented the RV for our family of 5 to take up to Yellowstone and out to Mt Rushmore. It was really easy to drive even on the windy roads in the park. Megan and her husband were great showing us how to use everything in the unit. Everything was very straight forward and easy to use.The RV was very comfortable for the five of us. We all loved to sit in the recliners while driving longer distances. Not sure how comfortable they would be to sleep in for more than a night or two though so thankfully we didn't need them. It was a great way to see the parks. I'd definitely recommend

Loved our trip through the Rocky Mountains. Our host Megan was amazing. Every little question I had before, during and even after the trip was answered by her. We will rent from her again.

We loved our experience with the Burton's RV. We drove it to the Grand Canyon and it made our trip fun, relaxing and convenient. The Odyssey ran great, with no problems along the way. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great time. We plan on using the same RV next summer if available. :-)
