Hello, we are Kombi Haus Motors, located in Sacramento, California. We've been specializing in repairing and restoring VW’s since 2000. We decided in 2018 to rent out some of our Camper Vanagons to create a rental fleet for others to experience the outdoors in style!

Amazing Experience!
Justin and Julie were wonderful, they were friendly, knowledgeable,communicative, and flexible. Goldie was a dream, easy to drive, spacious and a surprisingly comfortable place to sleep. I would book this trip again and again, but I might just have to get my own Vanagon 😁🚍🏔️

We had the best trip in Goldie! It was so easy with kids to just roll up to a campsite and Goldie came with everything we needed (sheets, camp stove, headlamps, lantern, kettle, sponges, a cork screw, etc). The awning was particularly nice in the desert. The owners were super nice and great with communication. Goldie is not super speedy (we chugged slowly up the steep hills), but the van was very consistent and reliable. As a fun aside, we got compliments on the van everywhere we went and it looks adorable in pictures.

Had a great time with Goldie! Loved everything that was included (Pots/Pans/Cooktop/etc). It made meal times super easy and was less stuff we had to bring along. When we were leaving we were told we had the "coolest setup" at the park! Would definitely rent again!

Kombi Haus was easy to communicate and their VW worked great. Loved taking "Goldie" out to the coast for some cooler weather. Their VW had lots and lots of goodies on board -- most everything you'll need for the road trip. It was super clean and ran smoothly. Lots of use of their 3rd gear to climb any hills and a little slow at times, but perhaps that's the point of taking out "Goldie" -- to slow down.

Goldie was a great vehicle and we had a great time. Julie and Justin were fantastic. Excellent communication and they stocked the van with all the essentials you need. The van is meticulously maintained and ran beautifully

Great experience overall. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. The van was perfect for our 2 day getaway to Nevada City.

We loved Goldie! Our family of four spent a week camping the central coast and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Everything we needed and more was neatly packed for us. The van ran flawlessly and the rental process was a breeze. I look forward to renting again. Well done Justin and Kombi Haus, my family thanks you for the wonderful memories!!!
