Hi, name is Bixi Torres, I have 2 boys and 3 dogs. We love to take the RV out to Soccer Tournaments as much as possible! We also love weekends at the river! We hope you enjoy your trip and can make many memories! if you need anything please feel free to message. We are pet friendly, please don't leave your pets behind. All I ask is that you leave it as you found it. "This rental is not for beginners"- if you have never pulled a travel trailer before, please do not book. I try to be here for pick ups as much as possible, as well as drop offs but I do stay busy with work and kids so unfortunately if you do not know how to hook up an Rv or how to tow it, it will be very challenging. I also do not give driving lessons, at least not at this time. Se habla Espanol!

- Owner did not show up at pickup, so I have to hoop up by myself. As a beginner for RV so I was expecting some walk through since each RV is different.
- The ball coupler on the RV was missing the lock, I was not sure if it was safe so have to find a wire to lock it as temp solution and safe pin is broken as well.
- The general condition of the RV is OK as 2021, it is big enough for my family, the facilities was working but the mattress looks like 2011 one.
- There is no lighter for the stove so have to borrow it from neighbor.
- I did not figure out how the hot water on RV works until the second day, it was pretty tricky to me.
- I have cleaned the RV with napkin before return but I did not have tool to clean the sand on the floor.
- I was impression that rental RV is the same as hotel, but after calling the custom service of outdoorsy, I found out page 8, section 11 of the rental contract says I need to return RV the same condition at pickup, owner did mention the sand on the floor but did not mention there would be claim for it and later on claim the cleaning fee($60) just for the sand on the floor, if mentioned, I would probably use a t-shirt to mop the floor it just take a minute.
- RV is parked at home address, not storage, so the parking when return was Very Very challenge to me as beginner considering the street width, curbs and traffic.
