I travel a lot for work and when covid made it impractical to visit clients because of hotel stays my company got an RV for my trip and I loved it so I bought one myself to be able to travel. Our busy season is from May to October so I thought it would be a great opportunity for others to enjoy their own adventures in an RV.

We had a fantastic experience renting Jonathan's RV. It was our first time in an RV, and Jonathan was the perfect guide — he spent a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle's operation and was super communicative before and during the rental.

We had rented another RV that cancelled on us at the last minute. When we asked Jonathan if it would be possible to pick up the RV several hours earlier than normal following its return by a previous renter in order to keep our original itinerary, Jonathan went out of his way to get the vehicle cleaned and ready in time. Literally 12 hours after we first contacted him — amazing!

Everything worked well and we had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful time! This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and couldn't have been more please. Jonathan was a very experienced and terrific host. He met us at the airport and check out process was efficient and I formative and then on the road we went. The camper was incredibly easy to drive and had everything we needed for our small family (including the cute little teddy bear gifted to our daughter). On the road, Jonathan was also responsive if needed and had suggestions for our road trip. All in all, this was a great experience and couldn't recommend it enough.

Jonathan was amazing to work with and made every aspect of our first RV rental a dream experience. We enjoyed it so much we bought our own RV!

We loved our camping trip…. everything about it was great from taking our own bikes to the comfortable bed. The RV handled well in the state park campgrounds and the main roads. It was a fun adventure getting to know and use all the accessories in the RV, we especially love the cozy lion blanket. Jonathan was very helpful as our host for the vehicle and was available to answer all of our questions.

Transacting with Jonathan was a very positive experience. He is easy to work with and a very good communicator. This is most appreciated when you are trying to make plans and have questions or need assistance. The RV is clean and well supplied with all items needed for a little vacation away. Everything worked without issue other than a noted problem with the awning that happened from a prior renter. I appreciated that he let us know about it, so we didn't go on our trip with out cover. Jonathan apologized for the inconvenience, but solved this by offering a large pop up shade that we were able to use instead. The communication and honesty are top notch, we would absolutely rent from him again!

Update: Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. While we were on vacation, the
generator stopped working. When I I formed Jonathan, he was quick to
respond, attempted to trouble shoot the problems with us and even contacted
a mechanic for assistance. He was accommodating with our return date since
we ended up driving at night because the AC was not cooling the RV in the
heat. He was very helpful with all of our questions and assisted us as much
as possible.

I feel bad that you gave me such a low review as I did everything possible to make your vacation enjoyable because I appreciate you as a teacher. To this end I let you stay in it one extra night for free waived the roughly $400 dollars in overage fees because of your driving nearly 2200 miles on an 8 days trip and I also covered nearly $400 to have the RV repaired after your fender bender.

Great experience. Jonathan truly wanted to make the RV experience memorable for us. Two thumbs up. The RV ran like clockwork, it’s clear it has been regularly maintained.

Jonathan was an amazing host! He made the rental process very easy and he was such a nice guy. We had an amazing time with his RV. It ran good. Everything worked just fine. Came fully equipped with pillows, blankets, Cookware and such. Throughout the trip if we had any questions he would respond almost immediately! He even sent us a few different areas near our camp ground to check out if we had time. We couldn't be happier with our experience! To top everything off when we got back from our trip he gave our kids two stuffed animals which they absolutely love. Thank you Jonathan and we hope to rent from you again this summer!
