We love the outdoors!! As a family we would love to take family trips all over the country and visit many of the National Parks. We have 4 children: 1 lives in Montana, 1 lives in Utah, 1 lives in Texas; and 1 lives in Michigan. Our family is now spread out all over the USA. We decided to purchase a Class A RV to visit our children and to also continue to explore the USA!! We want to share the outdoor experience of RVing to many other families. Excellent RV, very well-maintained comes stocked with everything you need. The owners are great and very accommodating would rent again 100%.

This was our 2nd time renting from Keith and Diane. They made the process easy, were very thorough and kind. The RV was well maintained and fully stocked. We loved having 2 bathrooms and the washer/dryer. Would highly recommend this rental!

This was our second time booking with Keith and Diane and we had an incredible experience renting from them once again! From the very beginning, they were honest and upfront about everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even let us know that the back air conditioning unit wasn't working, which we really appreciated. However, we found that the front AC unit cooled the entire RV perfectly, even during 80-degree weather, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

The owners were not up front about the air conditioner in the bedroom not working prior to delivery. They were dishonest stating that the previous renters reported that it sporadically worked but they did not have time to fix it. Upon picking it up today they said the previous renters had no issues. The RV was also infested with stink bugs. When I questioned this I was told that “well your camping “. Yes I’m camping but I rented a very expensive RV to glamp without bugs!! The refrigerator was not very clean. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. The RV certainly was showing its age. The owners initially were nice to work with, set up everything as expected. But when we expressed our disappointment they immediately turned not as pleasant. They did offer one night free due to the air not working. The temp in the bedroom was 92 degrees on our last day and the front of the camper was 82. I would have certainly cancelled with this owner if they were up front instead of trying to hide it knowing it did not function as described. Lastly, we were questioned multiple times if we were smoking in the camper or had anyone smoking. We repeatedly answered no as we have never smoked a day in my life and either did my kids. Unfortunately this trip was disappointing due to our accommodations.

So sorry for your experience. We did mention that there was an issue with the rear AC unit. Also, during the drop off we walked through the coach with the customer; from the rear to the front; and found no bugs. As well, we checked with them several times via text during the rental; asking how things were going and nothing was mentioned. We will make things right by refunding a free night – minus some small damage we found.

This is our second time renting from Keith and Diane and our experience was absolutely wonderful yet again! The RV is luxurious, spacious, beautiful and clean. Keith and Diane take pride in making sure that the RV is spotless and everything is working properly, and they're very quick to help or answer any questions if needed. I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Diane! They truly go above and beyond to make sure your trip is perfect!

What a great RV and couple! We took our 6 girls (ages 10 to 23) on a trip to Ohio. This RV was perfect with 2 full bathrooms, ample sleeping areas and stocked with anything we needed. Keith and Diane were extremely helpful and great at communication. It is obvious that they take great care of their coach!

Keith and Diane were absolutely wonderful to work with and their RV was beautiful. It was very clean, comfortable, and reliable. This was my first time operating a Class-A RV. I was a little nervous, but Keith and Diane took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked and how to operate it safely. Keith made some upgrades to the suspension and steering that made it much easier to drive than I expected. The excellent quality of the RV made our trip so much better - I would absolutely rent from them again.

Keith and Diane were a pleasure to work with. Their RV was in great shape and had a ton of upgrades to make the driving experience easer/improved. We enjoyed the double bathrooms, hunks and enormous refrigerator. The black stone was as the icing on the cake. Will definitely rent again from Keith and Diane.

From beginning to end the whole experience was wonderful. Keith and Diane are the kindest people, and very thorough explaining everything we needed to know. Although we did not sleep in the RV, we drove it to Lexington, KY to the horse races with our close friends and we had an absolute amazing time. The RV was perfect and beautiful inside an out. We would not hesitate to rent from Keith and Diane in the future! Thank you Keith and Diane for allowing us this fabulous experience!

We had an amazing trip taking the Entegra to Acadia National Park. Keith and Diane are wonderful hosts with excellent communication- we felt well prepared with their extensive welcome guide and tips. Thank you for sharing your hotel on wheels with us!!
