We had a great time overall. The host communicated well and was easy to talk with. When doing a pre-trip walk through with the host, some things were demonstrated, but others were not. The host turned on the generator and awning to show us how it works. However, in the pre trip walk through, the host didn’t turn on the propane for the stove or heat. The propane turned out to be leaking and we couldn’t use it, so we slept without any heat and it was cold at night, but we did have extra blankets from Jennifer that we were happy for. All in all it was a nice experience with great memories.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel this booking due to a battery issue with a previous renter where the van was not powering up. We informed Ryan of the situation beforehand, and did not want him to have less than a 5 star experience, and did not cancel until he had found a replacement camper van for his trip and 100% refund. This issue has now been resolved.

This has been a great experience all around. Jennifer was very responsive anytime I had a question. The van was clean and all docs were explained to me. I would definitely recommend.

Jennifer was a great host, taking the time to walk through the entire camper how-to's for my novice husband and I. The van was clean and easy to use/drive. We loved every minute of our trip. We did 5 days through Arizona and never had trouble. We did a fair amount of cooking, which all cooking supplies were on board. The bathroom was easy to use and the shower was great! It's a small space, which is evident in the listing - it's a van. So make sure you are comfortable being in tight quarters with your travel companion!

Jennifer is a great host. She was easy to reach and very flexible with delivery/pick up of the van. I can not say enough about the van and its accommodations. My husband and I took a 10 day trip in the van where I cook breakfast lunch and dinner 9 out of the 10 days. The van had everything we needed from sheets and towels to cutlery and cutting boards. It was an amazing trip. Thanks Jennifer!

I had a great trip in Jennifer's camper van on a visit to my parents for Christmas. The van drives and parks easily and it's stocked with all the necessary provisions for an extra comfortable car trip. Jennifer responded quickly to all of my questions and even helped to get my car jumped upon my return because the battery died.
