Communication with owners is very fast and so supportive all the time. The RV was very clean with the latest gears so we all felt lucky we could rent this RV for our special camping trip. Thank you very much, Kari and Brad!

Kari and Brad went above and beyond! Our trip was almost ruined when our first host canceled less than 24 hours before our departure. I messaged Kari at 1030 pm and Brad had Felicity pristine and ready to pick up by 3 pm the next day (even though she had just returned from a trip). They even included some nice "extra" surprises like marshmallows, popcorn, and everything we needed for a great trip!
Brad did a very detailed checkout so we were completely comfortable even though we were in a different RV than we planned. Felicity was a fantastic RV both dry camping and when we had full hookups. When we had a question, Kari responded almost immediately. We would definitely recommend renting Felicity the Happy Camper from Brad and Kari.

RV was as described, friendly owners who took time to walk us through everything prior to the trip. Communicating was seamless and no issues throughout the process. Kari and Brad were great for accommodating a short notice rental.

An incredible experience! My husband and I took our two toddlers camping for the first time. The joy of camping with some of the conveniences of home made this trip comfortable for everyone. My kids loved being in the camper and can’t wait to camp again! Heavy rain turned a Big Sur trip into a Joshua tree trip but no less fun was had. Having no cell service was no problem because the owners provided such a thorough review of the van before departure. The van was fully stocked with everything you could ever need, we just added food and a few personal belongings. Kari left a special welcome package for our trip fit with bubbles and Dino’s for our boys which they thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. I would definitely book with Kari again without any hesitations!

If I could I would give Kari and her husband Brad 6 stars. The RV was more than perfect especially all the thoughtful touches !! My family of 4 had an amazing trip trip! Thank you!!

We camped in Idyllwild for Labor Day weekend and we traveled in style and convenience with this beautiful, well-appointed camper. The owners have thought of everything and have the camper well-stocked with all that is needed for dining and cleaning up. It's small enough that it is easy to drive and back up but large enough that there is more than enough room to pack away all that is needed for a family of 4. Plenty of sleeping room too. The Nielsens made the whole process easy from start to finish.

Van was amazing and the entire renting process, pickup and drop off were so simple. Brad and Kari showed us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend others rent their van.

Great communication from Kari and Brad and they quickly responded with answers to our questions. The like-new camper van had everything we needed for a weekend camping trip in Julian and it was a great experience for our family and dog. Really easy to drive and pick-up/drop-off were seamless. Would definitely rent again.
