It is complete with electric air conditioner, water heater, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, queen bed and full bath. The pull-out seating will easily accommodate for extra sleeping. Brenda was an excellent host. We were first time renters and she took the time to give us a full tour of the trailer and helped us get hooked up. She even provided fun activity bags for our boys! The trailer looked brand new and was very clean. We had a great weekend.
