Matt was very easy to work with and made sure the camper was nice and clean the day we picked it up. Very accommodating to our ever-changing schedule.

We had a great trip...unfortunately a week after we got back we were notified of a damage claim by the owner. He didn't reach out and text us to ask about it first and just filed the claim so we just got an email from Outdoorsy. Apparently some of the paper thin fabric on the awning had broke loose from the bar it rolls off of (about 18 inches of it. You can see it in the picture below)...we noticed this early in the trip but didn't think anything of it. He told us he previously fixed damage similar with duck tape so we just assumed it was like that and no big deal. Our mistake was not taking perfect pictures of everything, fully extended before the start of the trip. The owner didn't have any pictures either though. So there's no way to know who was at fault, or how it happened, and we would even contend this type of damage, to such a flimsy article on a well used trailer, would fall under normal wear and tear. A decent rain storm could cause something like this. Had we came to a mutual agreement, I wouldn't be leaving a 1 star review. Unfortunately, although I texted the owner multiple times and tried to resolve this, we simply had $390 yanked out of our security deposit with no communication. Furthermore, Outdoorsy was unbelievably bad at handling this. They sent me a very basic form to fill out regarding the claim. I wasn't even allowed to tell my side of the story. No one called me, no one responded, and then I simply received an email 2 days later essentially saying 'we took $390 from you, this is over now'. It's pretty unbelievable. I won't be using Outdoorsy again. And I would advise anyone/everyone to take perfect pictures and document everything, because it's not the owner's responsibility apparently and Outdoorsy will not help you out at all.
