This year was our first year using Outdoorsy rather than the other company we used the last couple years, but we will definitely be going back to the other company. We were not happy with this experience, started when we arrived no one was there to do a walk through with the camper and how everything works. There was no outdoor kitchen and, in the advertisement, it said there was outdoor kitchen with fridge which is one of the main reasons I chose this trailer. The trailer was not clean, we needed to sweep and clean out the cupboards. It said it came with an outdoor stove to cook on and it was broken, so they delivered a new one in a box and my husband spent over an hour putting it together. So overall this was very disappointing as we have done this the last 3 years and never had an issue until now.

The trailer came as advertised and was perfect for our trip.
Chris was unbelievable , he had the trailer set up before we got to the campsite and picked it up when we were done. 5 star service !!

Chris is an awesome RV owner who accommodated my request at the last minute and also very flexible. He delivered the trailer, set that up and pick that up later. I would highly recommend Chris' trailer for the trips. Thanks Chris.
