Travis was extremely helpful and great to work with. We appreciated how flexible he was with pick up and drop off. Clearly and succinctly explained the setup and operating steps for the trailer, and helped with a recommendation on a dumping station. Very responsive with any questions we had. My kids and I loved staying in this trailer. All around it was easy to tow and use. Size wise, it was great that it was compact enough that it did not need side mirror extenders when being pulled by a Chevy Traverse. We also found the generator very simple to operate, and appreciated the Economy function to lower the noise output when we wanted to.
