Pick up was easy and host gave a good walk thru. The RV was ok, we found rat poop under mattress and the water heater never worked which we told the host. He gave NO apology and brushed it off. Other than that everything functioned well. Once we returned our host came later than the time we agreed upon and charged us for that, he also wasn’t very friendly. Came off smug and inspected every nook and cranny of the rv. Down to emptying cabinets and drawers?? He then tried to say we tore his awning and notated that. After requesting he get a ladder so we could inspect the “tear” it turned out to be just dirt! Had I not requested a ladder I’m sure a claim would have been made against us. We cleaned the rv thoroughly, even though we knew there was a $250 cleaning fee. We returned rv with more fuel than we left with. We take pride in taking care of our rentals just like they are our own. I’ve rented numerous rv’s and own a trailer myself, we dumped just before returning the rv. Followed all instructions given by host, did our due diligence by making sure tank was empty. When we got back for return he claimed the tank was full, then sends a video later showing a VERY MINIMAL amount of waste coming out of tank, I believe he added the sewage so he could add a charge. Seemed as though he was looking for any opportunity to make a claim on our deposit. We are still disputing the dump charge. Great rv, not so great host. Every other rv we rented the host was very very nice and extra happy we took such great care of the rv. Not this guy. He lacks customer service skills and gave a terrible ending to a wonderful trip. I highly recommend using another host.

Chris is a great host very friendly and accommodating, if there’s any problems he’s always on the other side of the phone to help you and make the trip easier
