With three kids ranging from 5 years to 2 months, we wanted a way to make camping a little bit simpler this year. This tent trailer did just that for us. Kenna and Jamie were easy to communicate with, on time with the delivery, and made everything a breeze. The tent trailer itself was in great condition, and although we didn't make use of some of the amenities it had, the space and the beds were more than enough to sleep all five of us and hold all our stuff. It was a great experience and we'll definitely be considering this again for next year. Thanks guys!

Kenna was a great communicator during our trip, very pleasant, kind, responsive and fair. And I can see that the West Coast Nest would be a great trailer had all of the features presented in the listing been available. Unfortunately, the trailer was not at all as presented in the listing. There were no dishes, no heater, no awning, no sink and no indoor cooking ability. This made for a challenging and uncomfortable weekend in the cold and rain. Kenna did explain that the previous renters had done some significant damage that resulted in these omissions… but not until after our trip had begun… which meant we weren’t well prepared to live without those conveniences. Kenna has offered to refund the nightly rate, which we appreciate.

This was our first time renting a trailer and it was so easy and convenient we will definitely be doing it again. Kenna was so easy to get in touch with and helpful. The trailer was in great condition and they dropped it off set it up and came back to get it at the end of our trip, it was worth every extra penny.

Trailer was perfect for our family of 5. Stocked with everything we needed for a quick trip away. Host was very friendly and accommodating and the keurig machine and coffees were a nice bonus! Would definitely rent again.
