We had an incredible experience with Jayme and her trailer! Jayme was responsive to any questions that we had, and very thorough showing us everything around the trailer. More than we could have wanted was provided for our use. Everything was ready for immediate use and was clean and comfortable. Our kids really appreciated the extra foam on the bed and said that it was a great sleep! Drop off and pick up were on time and super easy. We would book with Jayme again and highly recommend booking her trailer.

She wanted me to shut off propane tanks while pulling the trailer?? Also coming up with frivolous charges saying the black tank wasn’t emptied when the float just read incorrectly. Charging $200 for this. Absolute robbery. Fridge wasn’t operational when renting, we had to wait for the fridge to chill overnight to put food in. My son was also sprayed with RV antifreeze from the outside shower. That should never happen. Would not rent from again. Very unprofessional on the return

I tried to speak to you about the tanks being full and you were argumentative and trying to intimidate. You openly admitted that you did not check the gauges after apparently emptying the tanks and only based your belief that the tanks were empty “because I heard it”. Outdoorsy support upheld our fees for us having to empty the septic tanks based on the video evidence we provided of us emptying the tanks, so you don’t have a leg to stand on here. You had nothing but good things to say about our trailer; not a single complaint until you found out you were being charged for your disregard. We could’ve charged you the mileage for this as well which would’ve been an additional $175, but decided to cut you a break - which we are certainly regretting based on your responses and rudeness after the fact.

Our hosts were great. No issues at all. My only concern with Outdoorsy's business model. The final price is nowhere near reflected in the daily charge. Our trailer was advertised at $140/night. That would be $420. But with delivery and add-ons it actually comes to $950. I know it's not false advertising, but it sure feels like it.
