Rob was GREAT! We had an unusual situation where we had a lot family evacuating from the impacts of Helene in WNC and I rented Rob's RV to park in my driveway because we weren't going to have enough beds in our house. Rob was great! He brought the RV over within hours of my request. He set it up and helped my husband figure out how to get power and water to it from our house. He answered his phone with a late night phone call when we had a question about something. He was very flexible and helpful. The RV was very neat and clean and just great! I can't wait to rent it again when family comes back under less stressful circumstance. Thank you Rob, and it was lovely to meet your daughters!

Rob was great. Had everything opened up and set up when we arrived. He did a great job positioning the camper in a way that maximized our space's outside area.
