This RV was a joy from start to finish. Ernest and Jill were an absolute pleasure to work with, from the excellent pre-rental communication, to being accommodating with timing, to the super thorough walk-through at the start of our trip. Thanks to them, we were able to head off on our trip with confidence and excitement!The RV itself is exactly as pictured, and was super easy to use in every way. The onboard systems (stereo, water heater, water pump, HVAC, stairs, slide-outs, awning, generator) all worked flawlessly. We used all 3 beds available in the living area, plus the queen in the back, and all of us slept very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked totally adequately, which was appreciated.Overall, we had a ton of fun in this snazzy-looking and well appointed RV. Will definitely be renting again!
