Disappointment, tiny bathroom, and trailer was delivered dirty with lots of dog hair and dust and refrigerator takes 4 to 6 hours to start cooling.

Hi Felipe. I believe this review was made after the fact that I unfortunately needed to charge you a dumping fee as the tanks were not emptied upon return. Not to mention I did let you know you would need someone experienced to take this camper and you told me someone was coming with you. Upon arrival no one knew how to hook up the trailer and or how a camper worked. The fridge takes 4-6 hours to cool which is completely normal for a camper . You also did a walk through of the camper before taking it and if you weren’t happy you could
Of refused pick up which you did not. However my camper is dog friendly as it states in my listing and dog hair is inevitable to completely get rid of. As for you saying it was dirty upon pick up that is a lie as I cleaned it upon pick up the only thing I had forgotten to do was throw away the step in rug which had dog hair. The stairs to the camper are where you enter aka why there is some dirt once you lift them up. I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied but my camper has 5 star reviews besides yours and I think it is due to the fact that I needed to charge a dumping fee which was also stated in my listing.

Gia made this experience so seamless. From start to finish, we had great communication and open dialog that made this simple and way to use. Her Springdale Keystone Mini camper was super clean, great amenities, and absolutely gorgeous. If you get the chance, do not pass this one by, it will make your trip memorable. Thank you so much Gia.

Great camper for a couple and max one child. The host is very helpful and responsive. Pickup location is a little tough, located on a street that would be a challenge for someone who isn't experienced with a trailer. Overall a great experience.

Thank you krystyna! We’re so glad you enjoyed it! As for the location we do try to have it positioned and set up and ready to tow away when you get here! I do also notify every renter that books that the return parking is a bit tough ahead of time! Over all glad you enjoyed!

Camping for two nights in Meredith NH. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Gia was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about questions we had about the camper. Camper was exactly what you’d expect, perfect size for 2 people and the pup.

Gia saved my family’s 4th of July trip. Another person cancelled my camper reservation 24 hours before we were supposed to be leaving. Gia was super fast in communication and very friendly. Her camper was just the right size for us, was clean and everything worked as it should especially the air conditioner which we needed to have on pretty much the whole time we were parked. I would definitely rent from her again.
