Communication with Pratana was timely, very understanding, and friendly. The camper was clean and sheets were provided. We rented the camper for extra sleeping space for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The only issue we had was with the heat not properly working, but we were able to work it out.

My experience was great. The people we rented from couldn’t of been nicer people. Very accommodating and were there on time and available during the week if I had any questions at all.
