We had a great time. The trailer was very nice and comfortable and stocked with the necessary items, plus some bonus items like reclining beach chairs. everything in the trailer worked well, and the Coyl's were great. Thank you.

Everything went very smoothly. We arrived to the lake and the trailer was setup and ready to go. We stayed 4 nights without any issues. Thanks again!

Thank you for the review as they help us improve. However, we would like to address some inaccuracies in your comments.
Electrical system, water and the CO monitor were checked and found to be in working order before and after your rental. We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously and conducts these checks.
Scott is experienced in mechanics and conducts himself professionally. The statements about him in your review do not align with his personality or the experiences of other guests.
We were informed that the site had full hookups after discovering it did not we accommodated your request by allowing the trailer to be boondocked. This was a favor we extended to you.
We provided you with a new battery to ensure your stay was as comfortable as possible.
We strive to offer excellent service and believe we went above and beyond to assist you. It is unfortunate that our efforts were met with dissatisfaction and claims that do not reflect the reality of the situation.

Desiree and Scott were kind and considerate beyond belief. My partner and I had a really tough trip due to a medical issue that came up, but our hosts were consistently able to accommodate our changing needs. They showed up several times to check on a few issues that we had and guided us through usage of the trailer. They were patient and respectful with our needs. They let us add a few days that we needed at the end of the trip and even helped us with an unrelated issue of returning some lost keys! They went above and beyond in every respect.
The trailer itself is adorable and comfortable, and it had everything that we needed.
Overall, although the trip was hard for us, Scott and Desiree were one of the best parts.
