I booked from Italy and was a little worried because I was leaving with 4 minors. Guangxia Kou was fantastic, she assisted us before, during and at the end in a perfect way. The vehicle was exactly as described. Everything worked, no problems in the thousands of miles traveled (all of California). In addition to the equipment described there were many other comforts that made our trip perfect.
Thank you Guangxia. Congratulations also to the seriousness of the portal... absolutely reliable for those like me who book from far away and do not want surprises.

My family had an excellent experience with her beautiful clean RV….. She has been extremely communicative. 100% recommended to anyone!

We loved it! Our trip couldn’t be better, everything was perfect! Guangxia was very kind and helpful since we did the reservation one week before our trip. The RV was amazing, very well maintained, clean and fully stocked. We definitely would rent it again!
