Mark was always available when we had questions about the RV's functions, connecting us via FaceTime and explaining things carefully. Even when my daughters accidentally pressed a switch, he calmly told us which switch to press to solve the problem. We felt reassured that Mark would support us if we had any problems.4: Return date
He was also very flexible about the return time. He calmly responded even when we were late from the time we agreed.5: When we were considering the rental price and conditions of the RV in advance, he was very flexible and presented conditions that suited our travel plans. I was impressed by his attitude of always considering the perspective and plans of the traveler, and the conditions he proposed.As for the price, he offered a very reasonable additional amount for the mileage I proposed, which helped me to keep my expenses down.6: About the RV we rented
The fuel economy was about 14.5MPG to 15.0MPG/Gallon overall. I think it was not bad for an RV. There was a queen size bed that was big enough for three children and a full-size bed, so our family of five could sleep without any problems. The size of the refrigerator was also very good. The storage space was a little small, but it was enough for a one-week trip for a family of five.The heating and cooling were also very effective, and when I turned on the heater on a cold morning, the inside of the RV became warm in about 1 to 2 minutes.Overall, I can say that I was able to enjoy a fun family trip by renting Mark's RV.
