The RV was nice and clean. We did have problems with the furnace and the hot water. We were able to get the furnace working but not the hot water. Zak was not able to come in person to take a look at it, but he spent a couple of hours trying to work through the issue over the phone. Unfortunately it was not successful. Three stars because of the lack of furnace issues and lack of hot water, it was quite cold that weekend, but also three stars because of the effort that Zak put in. He definitely wanted to resolve the issue and we tried our best, but were unable to correct it. Overall a nice RV. I would say that it more sleeps 3. The couch and converted table is a bit small.

The camper was great. The weekend was great. We did have a couple issues such as the HW heater didn’t work. Could’ve been operator error? Zack might want to show future users how to turn it on. Also, the listing referenced a coffee pot, but there wasn’t one. The kitchen set up could also use a few more essentials, such as pots n pans, flatware and glasses. I shared this information with the owner and suspect the camper will get these additions before it goes out again.
