James was wonderful, he was able on short notice to help us with this RV. We had rented a different one and that host said the slide did not work and would take only $500.00 off the rental for no slide, that would not do. We needed the extra space with 4 adults and two children. Just wanted to thank James, number one for the short notice since the other RV host only gave us a 2.5 days notice that there was problems with the RV and number two being such a great host. Thanks again James if we go on another adventure we will be in contact with you again.
