We had a great california national parks vacation in this RV. Rob was very helpful and available anytime we had a question.

RV had a few minor issues, however, Paul was very good at communications and we both worked the issues to make the trip the best it could be with the fires and one electrical problem that popped up at the end of the trip.

Bob's RV was such a great choice - it was stocked very well only adding a few of my favorite things from the kitchen. But not really needed as he has everything you really need for an awesome trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and it is easy to drive, very smooth.

What can I say. Everything met our expectations. This RV is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Ours were 7 and 12. Bob is fast at replying to questions before and during the trip. The RV if fulling loaded with dishes, grill, silverware, bedding etc so all you need is food and clothes. If you are going to be driving in the mountains with steep grades of 5% or more you want a diesel like this one. Down shifting is superior with a diesel vs a gas RV. Diesel also gets about 40% better gas mileage so your saving money for long trips. Bob and his wife are great to deal with and will go over everything before you leave. They also leave a nice bouquet of flowers and herbs in the RV when you pick it up. We ate the basil in a nice salad.

I am glad we could make your trip more enjoyable than expected. We will use any suggestions for improvements that make the experience better for future renters. I did change insurance to middle option (additional $15/day) as this is really the better way to go for ALL renters.

Overall great experience , Robert and Linda are lovely and pleasure to deal with , easy going and attentive to details . Robert was helping and guiding us before and during the trip . recommended without doubt .hope to rent this RV again in the future . Thanks a lot

I did change insurance to middle option (additional $15/day) as this is really the better way to go for ALL renters. This takes away a lot of stress about SOMEONE ELSE damaging the RV even though my renters are careful and responsible.
