I had a great experience. Camper was waiting and all set up for me when I arrived. It was clean, like new and everything worked. Really made my vacation as easy as show up and have fun

Outstanding experience working with Caitlin and Point Creek RV Rental from start to finish. Response time and communication was impeccable, the unit was spotless and fully equipped, excellent booklet inside with clear and concise instructions on start-up usage and return process. Caitlin and her team have left nothing to chance for a terrific customer experience. Throughout our trip, we had questions (because we didn't realize the instruction book had the answers) which I texted to her and received a response within 30 minutes ready and willing to troubleshoot.
