We had a great time camping despite the rainy week we had due to Tropical Storm Debby. We used our own linens and kitchen supplies so I didn’t rely on the renters things but items were available if we needed them!The owner has some mechanical issues to address that caught our concern. The stabilizers didn’t work, which we were informed about when we went to pick it up on the first day. This should’ve been communicated before the pick up not when we are getting the keys. The stabilizers/levelers were a safety issue while driving which we were not informed about, at all. The front right one would shimmy down while driving, we kept having to stop to push it back up. The spots we had weren’t level and not having the use of the stabilizers was an inconvenience.

The poor condition of the RV ruined our vacation and caused us to have to halt our tip at the first stop.
Would not rent from this host again …
They don’t take care of their vehicles and blame the renters for the RV’s poor condition.

It was our first RV experience and we found this RV to be quite easy to use as beginners. Took it all the way up to Maine and back.

While we enjoyed our time away with the RV, clean sheets and towels and a good engine, some items were not working or were plain broken on the RV. I hope the company fixes the issues before the next customer.

Acclaimed Rentals was easy to work with. The Forrester was clean and easy to drive. This was our first time in an RV and the pick up and delivery were smooth. Set up at the camp site was not easy for beginners. A step by step set up instructions would be helpful, alone with instructions on the use of various equipment. Youtube/Google doesn't offer a lot of help when trying to figure things out on the fly. Overall the RV was comfortable and spacious with lots of storage.

Definitely booking again. The owners made this process super easy for us to take the family down to Orlando. The RV itself was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. The RV was easy to operate as a first time user after the overview the owner provided and drove with ease. I’ve already referred two of my friends.
