Hello! We are happy to be part of the Outdoorsy family and able to share our RV experience with everyone. We are a family of 5 and have done the full time RV living for the last 2 years. My family has enjoyed every minute of it and the best thing about it is, is has brought us all closer together. I wish I could give this RV a higher review because the rig itself is beautiful, however we had an issue with the water pump resulting in having no water for the duration of our trip. Upon pick-up of the unity I informed Luis about the situation and we inspected the rig together and discovered that water tank was full and pump was on, it just wasn't working properly (seemed to me that there was air in the lines that wasn't cleared properly) At first we tried to work directly with the owner as we understand 'things happen' and in the beginning he was very receptive and open to the idea of offering a discount for the inconvenience. However as days went by not only did the willingness to work with us disappear but then the tone turned almost accusatory towards us. It's disappointing because we really wanted to just work directly with him to sort this matter out but in the end we needed to submit a claim.

Thank You, Garcia family ! Amazing Easter Glamping memories with our Grandbabies in your amazing camper! Luis made it all very simple by delivering and setting it all up for us, we were instantly viewing the lake from the air conditioned comfort of the dining room! Thanks again, your will be hearing from us again!

It must first be mentioned that this was a first time RV experience for me. Luis (the owner) and his RV made this an everlasting and positive experience. Luis was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful, informative and accommodating - From informing about the ins and outs of his awesome RV to accommodating drop-off and pick-up location and times. The RV was not lacking in comfort at all - it had everything and worked perfectly. Tons of space. Tons of beds, master was huge. From easy of use (just as Luis instructed) to conveniences like night lights, device charging outlets, toaster, coffee maker, and major appliances that worked perfectly. I brought pillows and blankets only to find that Luis had that and so much more covered. Towels, tooilet paper, paper towels, utensils, cookware - no need Luis had it covered. We literally, just had to show up. This experience has completely won me over. Luis, you and your RV rocked - Thank you for trusting us with it. Hope you’re willing to trust us again in the near future.

Everything was great. Luis was able to accommodate my schedule which was much appreciated. He spent at least 30 minutes walking me around and explaining how everything worked. Don’t hesitate to rent with this family!

Luis was a wonderful host! RV came exactly as advertised, drop off and pick up were a breeze. No issues at any point and Luis welcomed questions at anytime day or night. Will definitely rent this RV for future and highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Luis was very attentive and made it his mission that my family was taken care of. The RV was beautiful and made all of my fellow campers jealous. I would not hesitate on renting from Luis again.
