everything was perfect, from the pick up to the drop off. Jeffrey is amazing and he knows what he is doing, we had a great start by showing me everything I needed to know about the Trailer RV, after his walk trough I felt confident and ready for the trip, I highly recommend to rent with him, especially if you are a beginner camper like me!

Jeffrey was very helpful and clearly explained everything about the camper to me so I knew what to do. This was my first time ever renting a camper and he was patient and available when I needed to ask him questions. Everything was clean, and did what I needed it to do! I would absolutely rent from Jeffrey again and especially appreciated his transparent pricing and not advertising a low rental rate just to tack on a bunch of fees to drive up the cost. Thanks again Jeffrey we had a great time!

Our trip was great from start to finish, Jeffrey was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. The camper was in great shape and very comfortable for a smaller size (15'). We will be rescheduling asap.

Everything went absolutely perfect, Jeffrey was very easy to communicate with for pick up, during my trip, and for drop off. Camper was equipped with everything I needed. Will definitely be renting from him again in the future.

Jeff and his camper were great! We had a wonderful time, and felt safe and secure. My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer was able to tow it with ease. Communication with Jeff was excellent and he was very helpful. HOWEVER - the driver verification process with Outdoorsy leaves much to be desired. They need to get their act together. This does not reflect on Jeff in any way as he has no control over this. I would most definitely rent from Jeff again, however I'm not thrilled with how Outdoorsy handled our driver verification issues. Thank you Jeff, for a wonderful vacation!

Had to reschedule my trip and Jeff was very flexible and accommodating. He even checked on me multiple times during the trip to make sure all was going well. Queen and bunk bed was perfect for us and 2 kids.

The trip was great because of Jeffery. He was very accommodating helping us out. He allowed us to bring some items over early to put in the camper because we did not have a truck. His schedule was flexible for our departure and return. The camper was not new but everything worked fine and no problems with set up or showing how all items worked. Best part was NO HIDDEN FEES.
