RENT FROM VALLEY RV AT YOUR OWN RISK!!This was the single most irritating rental experience of my life.Complete nightmare of a rental experience for Labor Day weekend. Started off with a dead trailer on Saturday morning. We couldn't get the generator to charge up the battery. Since the fridge only runs on 12v, this was a major issue because we had a fridge full of food and no way to charge the battery. The communication through the app was decent. The tech tried to help and even sent out a guy with a new battery. I figured he would troubleshoot the issue while he was on site. Nope, just changed the battery and ensured me that the bad battery was the root cause. Something about a solenoid...who knows.Anyway, that battery died a few hours later, and that was it. No more help. They told me to hook up my truck and charge it that way. Hook up my truck, run it with diesel exhaust blowing through the camp, for hours. The worst part? Not one apology from anyone but a quick "I'm sorry you're having these issues" through the text in the app. When I dropped the trailer off, I was told that someone would be calling me to talk about the rental and offer a refund. Nope, they couldn't be bothered. No phone call, no apology. Just a $200 refund (about 20%). These guys are a joke. They don't care about you or your experience, just your money.I've added a photo of my truck sitting through the middle of camp trying to charge the battery enough to last through the night. Ran the truck for around 2 hours and the battery (with no lights on) lasted for about 4 hours. There are plenty of decent people to rent trailers from, I would suggest scrolling on and finding one of them. These guys aren't worth your time, money and frustration.PS, in the picture you'll see another identical trailer, rented from Valley RV. That trailer also had major electrical issues. And the renter (my buddy) received the same amount of respect...none.
