This is a Delivery Only rental.We hope once you step foot into the camper you feel at home! This like new 2023 travel trailer has it all!This camper sleeps 11 total. It’s perfect for a small family or even TWO families with small children looking to get away and vacation together. The back bedroom (with a door!) can comfortably sleep five kids/adults. There are three bunk beds and a versa lounge couch that folds out onto a queen sized bed. In the main living area the dinette and couch both turn into full size beds allowing another two to four individuals to sleep. The master bedroom includes a short queen bed perfect for two.Outdoor kitchen includes fridge and sink, with optional Blackstone Griddle available as an add on, for all your outdoor cooking needs.There are three slide outs on the camper which makes the space very roomy for all! These are on both sides, so make sure your camp site will accommodate.Delivery Only:

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Water heater will be on and use electricity with electrical hookup at campsite. Gas water heater should only be used if rustic camping.
Same for water pump, if water hookup is available at campsite, then the pump is not needed. If water is being used from fresh water tank, then pump is required.
Fresh water tank and lines are treated to be safe for consumption, however it is recommended to bring your own drinking water or fresh water jugs to fill at campground to make coffee, etc.
