- You will be 100% responsible for getting the trailer back to Calgary Regardless of the situation. If you are in an accident that is not your fault, it is not MY fault either, you took it in working order and clean condition you need to return it that way as well. Any other return condition, you will be responsible for extra cleaning, damages or any excessive wear. Several pictures will be taken before and after for your and my protection. The Extra cleaning charge is $100/hour.Generator
- 2500 Yamaha, will run the AC. You have to put the thermostat on fan first for a minute than switch it over to AC, it's a 13500 BTU AC and the compressor takes a big draw to get started. You can NOT run other appliances when the AC is on. If you want to heat something in the microwave the AC has to be off. When the generator is on if the light on the microwave is not on that means you have NO power going in and the breaker on the gen has to be reset or restarted. You'll hear a Beep when the microwave turns on meaning you now have 110 or 30 amp power. If you choose to take the generator you are responsible to have it full on return or pay for the fuel used. The onboard tank will last 4-8 hours depending on load and is $25. I can also provide a 25 liter jerry can full of gas for $50 or empty your choice. Whatever fuel you start with, you are responsible for or you can just pay for the fuel used or the difference (on-board tank $25, Jerry can $50).Pets
• Dog's are accepted if you can guarantee they will not puncture the leather seats, sofa, or damage part of the unit. You will be 100% responsible for the repair or replacement. You will have to bring your own bedding if you are bringing your dog/dogs.• Cats ARE NOT AcceptedDelivery - within 200km of Calgary (3 night minimum booking for delivery)
The delivery charge is $1.20km each direction pickup and drop off. If the campground is 100km away from Calgary that is, 100km x 4 = 400km x $1.20/km = $480. I'll have to drive the trailer to your spot, 100km, set it up, drive back another 100km....when you're done camping drive back to the campground 100km, hook up the trailer and drive back to Calgary 100km, there and back 2 times, that's 4 trips.

Great experience from booking through return and everything in between. Doug is such responsive, helpful and available owner. The RV itself has everything you need from species, toilette papers, games , medicines, bbqs, chairs, propane tanks....etc. All what you need to bring is your cloth. Will rent again no doubt.
