Very clean and functional. New floor 2020, New tires 2021. Mattress was replaced with a luxury queen. Dinette sleeps 2 children or one small adult comfortably. Microwave, A/C. 3 burner cook top, and oven. Dual function (electric/gas refrigerator/freezer. 37 gallon fresh water tank. Gray/Black water tank capacity 44 gallon. Dual 30# propane tanks. Receiving hitch to tow your toys. CD player with am/fm radio and exterior antenna. Small 13" TV can be used to watch CD's

If I deliver, set up, pick up, refill Generator and propane tanks, empty and flush gray and black holding tanks, it is a $400 fee, in addition to the nightly charge. I am happy to deliver up to 50 miles. Under 50 miles is a $360 minimum.
Maximum tow distance is 200 miles one way..
Keep in mind, holding tanks need to be emptied/filled approximately every 2 to 3 days, depending on use.
First Aid Kit included. If you open/use it $20 charge, you keep kit

Our whole experience with Dawn and the RV was positive and easy. The owners accurately describe the RV and there were absolutely no surprises. Everything in the rig functioned and was easy to operate. The trailer was clean and extremely well-stocked with all the items they told us they would include. They reviewed the Outdoorsy contract with us seriously but not obsessively. They were easy to communicate (email or text) with as we approached their place to pick up the trailer and to drop it off.
Financial arrangements were clear and without ambiguity.
Most of all, Dawn and Bill were a pleasure to meet and to work with. They were business-like, but at the same time very helpful in assuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We would definitely rent from them again!
