Something that helps us stand out from others is our approx. 30 minute Orientation we do with every rental pick up to ensure everything is working and show the renter how to operate everything before they disembark.

It was wonderful to be able to take this almost-new RV out for our family excursion. We are new to RV use and it was surprisingly easy to drive/maneuver…albeit a bit noisy out on the road. All of the RV’s amenities were easy to use and felt almost indulgent. As newbies, our major learning from the trip was that this RV felt like it is ideally used as a home base, with another, smaller vehicle to explore from there. We covered a lot of ground and the RV handled it fine, but we realized it’s maybe not how it’s meant to be used.
Trailhead was great to work with. They are a well-oiled machine getting these things in and out. We would have liked to talk to someone on the phone prior to the trip, but all communication is over text.

Thank you for the review. The Rv is brand new, it only had 1500 miles on it and you were the first person to ever stay in it. Also I’m not sure what got missed in the process but we are always available over the phone.
