My wife and I took a trip to see our granddaughter on her 1st birthday. We rented from Chris and was not disappointed one bit. Chris walked me through the process of setting up the camper and allowed me to take videos, so I didn't forget anything. I still had some questions when we arrived, and he religiously answered his phone in a timely manner. Chris was a massive part of our enjoyment; he made us feel secure and relaxed with his professionalism and prompt responses.
