This is an all season ice castle fish house. It has a shower and a toilet, along with a kitchen sink. Has a hot water heater and a fresh water tank as well as a water hook up. Has a slide out for added room. Front dinette that converts to a bunk. Has a rear dinette that also converts to a bunk. Fold down upper bunk in slide out and a power upper bunk in rear. Has a hydraulic lift/lower for easy set up. Skylight for natural light and a roof vent with a fan. Has A/CCe qui est inclusDue to my work schedule, pick up and drop off times will be after 6p.m monday-thursday and after 4p.m friday . Saturday and Sunday anytime between 8 a.m and 8 p.m. There is room for discussion on these times.
