Great RV for families or couples. Sleeps 6-8 people. All linens and bath towels (completely changed after each rental including comforters) cookware, utensils, coffee pot, and toaster included. 3 bunks in the rear. Dining table converts to full size bed. Couch converts to a bed. Queen bed in main bedroom with a tv. TV in living area. DVD/CD/Bluetooth speaker. Outdoor Kitchen with separate fridge! Although five years old, the camper appeared brand new inside, it was spotless. Lonnie could not have been a more gracious host, both dropping off and picking up the unit. I had a couple questions he responded immediately.. could not have been happier
