This was our first time renting an RV. It was a very good experience. Having a secure and cool place to retreat to was great. Our host, Bob, was very helpful and quick to respond. We did have an issue with hot water in the RV. Tech support gave us some help. Bob was able to come the next day. He made some repair but needed more work. We weren’t urgent for hot water so it was all good. We would rent from him again.

Bob was fantastic from start to finish. We have rented campers quite a bit and this was the most seamless. Not a single thing wrong, everything was clean and provided for as expected and Bob’s communication was top notch. Our family had a great time and we would rent this unit again and again.
