The kitchen is spacious and comes with standard appliances and a full-size residential refrigerator. The master bedroom has its own 40" Roku TV also has its own door for privacy with a queen-sized residential mattress. The surround sound has speakers outdoors so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you relax or cook under the 20' awning.You must book a site that has 50 amp service.

• Renter is responsible to make sure the unit is broom swept clean, garbage removed.
• All kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper location.
• All used towels and wash clothes places in the shower floor.
• All used sheets and blankets placed in the living room floor.
• No climbing or sitting on the roof. $200 fee will occur.
• Awning use is strictly prohibited during windy or rain. Renter must be with the awning & under it during the use of the awning. If the awning is broken or the material is torn you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for the overages or other damage that would come.
• No first come first serve RV slots will be delivered. RV slot reservation (site#) must be provided at booking or sent 2 days before delivery.
• RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS OF ANY KIND.
• NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS allowed in the unit. Your entire security deposit we be held until smoke remediation obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed.
