our 28 ft 2023 coleman light bunkhouse is a perfect trailer at the beach, river in your favorite campsite. It is a 50 amp unit dual air with large slide, tv,,fireplace, seperate queen bedroom, big bunk beds, fold out couch, dinette which turns into a bed,outside fridge and stove, microwave, stove w/oven,large refrigerator, lots of counter space and forced air and heating.our rentals come complete with kuerig coffee maker and basic k-cups, toaster,utensils, pots and pans, paper plates, solo cups, coffee cups, bowls, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, condition and cleaning supplies. you are responsible for towels and bedding. we have some available just in case you need extra.we also make sure the propane is full. Jc Rv Rentals is a family business. I am Jim the owner my Wife is Maria, Daughters Kim and Debbie both owned travel trailers along with ourselves. One day i mentioned we needed to get in the R V rental business so as of the beginning of 2024 we have opened JC Rv rentals to share our trailers with you. We have 2 bunk house models and a toy box. We prefer to deliver and setup your rental but will support you in any of your needs. The area of service is from the Colorado River to the Southern California Beaches. Our rentals are stored in the Emerald Cove area in Earp Ca. or Yucca Valley Joshua Tree area and Banning Ca.

The trailer definitely served its purpose! The convenience of having it delivered & picked up big plus it was clean, roomy the attached outside grill & fridge was so convenient had everything we needed to cook with.
But the air conditioner was a lifesaver!!!
it was 110/112 degrees outside, 98 degrees at 9:00pm it was really hot. There were 3 other large RV’s in our group that were saying there RV’s weren’t cooling off enough inside, so they spent their day in the water trying to keep cool. But not me and my family we were able to spend time in the water, and go relax in the trailer where it was nice and cool. Absolutely no complaints here..
James is easy to get a hold of, is very friendly, he knew the area and provided us with helpful suggestions.

James and this RVrental that we rented was a great, modern, new style trailer perfect for our river trip, even though the park was limited to 30amps making where we only could run one ac unit or the two, the trailer kept cool with a few pointers from James.
