Matt was absolutely fantastic to work with. He is excellent at communicating and was punctual on meetup. The RV had everything we needed for our trip and he did a good job of explaining all the things we needed to know about his Revel. He even created a handy guide with how-to videos for us novices. Will hopefully be renting from him again. As for the Revel, it was easy to drive and not that hard to park. Mercedes has a unique gear shift so be aware of that if you are not used to it. We loved the outside table for cooking with the portable induction burner to not heat up the inside and get more room. The sink worked great and did not run out of water from the tank in 4 days. We did not use the bathroom. The bed was on the firm side but absolutely loved how it raised and lowered for storage space. We sure got a lot of looks and comments from people on the trip. This is one cool vehicle!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We have two pick-up options for you:
1) No-contact pick up and drop off is at your convenience. We will schedule an orientation call in advance.
2) If you prefer, we can meet you in person on the day of departure for an in-person orientation.
Returns must be in-person and we can accommodate most times between 9am and 7pm any day of the week.
