The Cozy Wondrous Weekendator accommodates up to 8 guests, at 43 Ft. with 4 slide outs that expand the bedroom, living and dining rooms there is plenty of room for everyone! Also features a private King bedroom, 2 Full bathroom, 2 Air Conditioners, 2nd bedroom with twin loft bunks and full size sleeper sofa, living room sleeper sofa, electric awning with LED lights, stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, TV’s in every room, 2nd door to bathroom entrance, outdoor shower, large outdoor kitchen, and tons of storage space!!What IS Provided IN Every Rental: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor kitchen, outdoor mat, lights, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home!Optional: Outdoor Essentials Package (outdoor grill with propane tank and 6-foot table, outdoor mat, camping chairs).Exception: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery.Requirements: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - Required to select the Dump Fee2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - Required to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.**NO Pets or Shoes on Carpet areas** Stains/mud/ pet smells will result in forfeiture of security deposit.*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE.
