We got both locked out and locked in on 2 different days because of the lock on the door. We had to take the lock off the door to get out. Heard nothing from the owner when I reached out. Cost us $180 for a locksmith to get us in.

Overall it was a great experience. Nice size setup was prompt and ready when we arrived. The only reason we give a 4 out of 5 is because we had few issues with things not working properly (oven, awning, and the door was tough to shut). Overall we had a good experience and would use them again.
