It has tons of room to spread out and has all the bells and whistles you could ever want on a trip that, in a motorhome, starts the second you load up and pull away!Slide out rooms. Great Master Bedroom. Double Bunk beds with TV's. Slide-down Queen Bunk in Front. If you need more space, the dinette and sofa also turn into beds! It has a large fridge and freezer with ice maker. There are 5 total TV's, including one outside under the awning, if the scenery isn't up to par for the kids! Bring the receipt, and we will credit you the amount towards the cleaning fee.Any damage and excess cleaning needed will be deducted from your security deposit.Minimum driving age is 25 unless special arrangements are made.Pets are not allowed unless special arrangements are made.This is not an off road vehicle. No sand dunes, or dirt roads, etc.For those picking up, we are located in the city of Oakley. The address says Kamas, so make sure to double check your directions to Oakley. Same area, just a different end of the valley.

What a great RV and a fantastic trip! Pickup and dropoff were very smooth and the RV performed well. The abundance of supplies onboard was a real bonus - we lacked nothing the entire trip. Robert was always available via text and happy to answer questions along the way. Five stars - I would highly recommend renting this RV from him!!

Five Star!! Robert was Amazing to work with, he went over and beyond for me and my family. The RV was spacious, smooth ride, the washer/dryer was a lifesaver and the large front class A window was great for sightseeing with the family. I would Highly recommend using this RV for your vacation!

Robert was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond to make our experience from start to finish above we would could have expected. Any questions we had before and throughout our trip he replied immediately with answers. The RV was immaculate. Plenty of room for my family of 5. We flew in from FL to UT for two weeks, Robert and his wife were beyond accommodating to us. Our three children enjoyed their first “glamping” experience. Robert sure set the bar high!

Q.Can this motorhome go off road?
R.
Easy answer is no. This is a road only vehicle. Some very well maintained gravel areas of campgrounds are totally fine, but with a long wheelbase and low ground clearance, off-roading is definitely not allowed.
Q.How serious are you about cleaning?
R.
Very. Especially during Covid, we take cleaning very serious. We want everyone to have a great experience and walking into a clean motorhome is a big part of it. Please treat our motorhome well. It is only a rental part time, and we like to be able to keep it in great shape. When we clean it ourselves, the exterior is fully pressure washed and brushed, tires shined and the interior is completely wiped down. Walls, chairs, floors, windows, dash, fixtures are all sterilized for the next use.
Q.Can you tell us about the holding tanks?
R.
Good question. The holding tanks are extremely important. After each use, the fresh water tank is drained and treated. This helps keep all interior pipes and fixtures clean as new. The gray (wastewater from sinks and shower) is emptied and flushed. The black tank (toilet) is emptied and flushed using the tank sanitizing nozzle in the wet bay. Sometimes too much toilet paper is used and it can clog the main pipe to the tank. Make sure to always run the toilet flush for at least 10 seconds.
Q.What kind of MPG can we expect?
R.
Well, that is a fun question. Obviously this motorhome is no Prius. But you can improve MPG by driving slower. On the freeway 73 MPH is about as fast as it goes. You can expect about 7 MPG at max speeds or the pedal to the floor. If you slow to about 65 you can get closer to 11. 50% $$$ savings for going a little slower. MPG is not terrible for 30,000 lbs of fun rolling down the road. Just keep things easy and smooth and driving will be very easy.
