The twin bunks are in the rear corner next to the full bathroom for convenience for the kids or your guests. The L-shaped counter with kitchen sink and full amenities sets up the cook nicely to make meals for everyone. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Please communicate any changes as soon as possible. My wife and I both work full-time and will need to make our own accommodations for pick-up and drop-off.
Q.How long does it take for the A/C or Heater to work?
R.
RVs are not well known for their insulation, so upon initial set-up - cooling and heating can take up to an hour (sometime longer for extreme temperature) to adjust. Parking in the shade makes a huge difference, opt for it when you can. When the bedroom is not in use, closing both sliding doors will help cool off the main portion of the RV.
Q.Is it safe to leave the awning down 24/7?
R.
Please put the awning up when you're not with the trailer, weather can change quickly and the frame will bend easily with high winds. If the winds are up, please close the awning.
Q.Why does the RV feel like its moving?
R.
Even subtle movement can be felt throughout the entire trailer. When the trailer is properly set-up and level (less weight on the springs) there is minimal movement. However, some movement is normal and more easily felt than than a traditional home.
