Very cozy and luxurious camper! Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom all have slideouts. Features items like full size double door refrigerator, large kitchen sink, 4 recliner couch with heat and massage, King-size bed, TVs in living room, bedroom, garage and outside. It also includes 2 outdoor Zero-G chairs and rug. The camper will sleep up to 8; it has a King Bed in the master and 2 Queen Beds in the garage, a loft bunk and of course the comfy couch. The garage can be used as a bedroom at night and then transformed to additional casual space with a patio during the day. The camper also comes with all your basic cooking and eating utensils as well as pots, skillet, sheet pans, dinnerware and cups. It also has a coffee pot
that brews single cups as well as pots. Bathroom will have 6 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels and 4 Beach Towels. All requested beds will come with pillows and linens but we ask that you please bring a sleeping bag if you plan on using the loft bed. This fifth wheel toy hauler also is equipped with on-board 5200 watt generator and 40 gal fuel tank with pump for all your motorized toys. I can also include a gas grill/griddle combo for $50.This is a very large and heavy camper (40')so it is available for delivery only. I will deliver and set it up at your campground or requested location. When making your reservation at the campground ensure they know it is 40' long with slideouts on both sides and requires 50 amp power. I will deliver/pickup to any campgrounds within 200 miles of Kingston TN. The delivery charge is $150.00 minimum for first 50 miles and $3.50 per mile after. My wife and I are retired and love the outdoors. We live on Watts Bar Lake in Kingston TN so we enjoy the summers on the lake and love to travel in the Spring and Fall in our Fifth Wheel. We have two miniature dachshunds so having the Fifth Wheel allows us to take them with us. When we aren't traveling we hope you will enjoy our home away from home!

We had a great vacation using Anthony’s RV. We chose to have him set it up in the RV resort. It was great to arrive and it be ready to use. Anthony provided everything needed. A very well stocked kitchen. Also Anthony was great at communication. He even checked in with us mid week to see if all was well. Would recommend. Very clean and nice RV.

Tony was always available via text for any issues that arose and was able to walk us through everything. The camper was very clean and had all the features needed to have a “boondockin” time! Would 100% rent from them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Tony’s camper, which was perfect for our family of five. The setup and departure processes were straightforward and hassle-free. The camper was spotless, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with a variety of herbs and spices. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bed and bath linens were of a much higher quality than most rentals we’ve encountered. We would definitely rent this camper again if we're in the area.

This was perfect for our family with 3 little kids. The king bed was incredibly comfortable with soft sheets. Loved the patio conversion and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed for a convenient stay. We had some weather issues with power outage and Tony was extremely responsive in helping us navigate the generator until the power came back on. Thank you!
