Ditch the average tent camping and enjoy a comfy, relaxing vacation away from home in a new toy hauler at any location in Lake Havasu, Parker, Bullhead, Kingman, or Pirates Cove. If you opt for a seamless experience (this includes, drop off, pick up and and set up) you will be subject to an added fee **see additional notes. When you arrive the only thing to do is Relax as everything will already be ready for you to enjoy. Our 27 foot toy hauler sleeps 6 adults comfortably. A queen size bed with a private room, an oversized queen bunk bed, and a Dinette that turns in to an oversized queen bed.
Want a more outdoorsy touch? We can drop the back door that turns into a fully gated outside patio, great for game nights, and coffee overlooking the lake depending on where you stay. Our camper is ready for you to make memories as a couple or with the whole family.

• Do not off road this unit or drive down washes
• ANY exterior and interior damage caused from use of trailer including but not limited to damage from PETS/ANIMALS of any kind, KIDS, MISUSE OF UNIT, NEGLECT, travel damage, or any items inside the unit etc. is subject to forfeit FULL DEPOSIT and added fees.
• Do NOT allow food, objects and other misc items to go down drains or toilets.
• Cleaning fee includes a basic cleanup of normal use of unit as well as washing linens. Excessive messes are subject to additional fees aside from deposit.
• If using top bunk bed please use ladder to access bunk. DO NOT jump from the bed to the floor of the unit or use table or counter to access bed.
• Do not allow smoke from fire into trailer keep door shut at all times when using a nearby fire pit.
• Unit will be thoroughly walked through before delivery or pickup.
• Please pick up after your pets
• Please understand that although we are renting our trailer to you, we also love camping and use this unit with our family as well. Please be respectful of our unit is all we ask and treat it as if it was yours.

Trailer was delivered to our rented spot and owners ensured it was positioned perfectly to our liking. Once hooked up / set up, we were kindly shown every feature of the trailer and even welcomed with a lovely gift basket for our stay - such a nice touch! Everything inside and out was pristine, clean, and easy to use. Existing (minor) damage was promptly pointed out which made it nice so we didn’t have to worry about where it came from. They encouraged us to get comfortable and use the trailer, the owners genuinely wanted us to enjoy their investment and that made us feel so much more relaxed!
