This is our spacious Coachmen Chaparrel Bunkhouse, perfect for those weekend get aways to the lake, a place for relatives to stay while they're in town, or longer term renting options are available if needed. This unit is equipped with a queen sized bed up front, a dining table and sofa that both convert into beds, along with 3 bunks in the rear room of the camper. As with any 5th wheel there are a few steps to get up to the front bedroom and the bathroom. Bathroom has a stand up shower. For those rainy days or lazy mornings there is a large flatscreen in the living area that has a roku that can be connected to your wifi hotspot for tv or it has a antenna that receives the local channels. Small outdoor kitchenette is equipped with a sink and small fridge (no grill). We prefer to deliver and pickup. Other things can be provided if requested.RecommandationsSome nearby lakes include Melvern, John Redmond, and Pomona. We can deliver to these lakes for our basic delivery charge. We require a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle to safely

Depending on the length you rent it, we may request to check in on the camper to make sure there is no damage or maintenance issues.
Please make sure you return as you found, cleaning supplies are located under the sink. If returned with odor or is noticeably dirty $150.00 clean fee will be applied.

We are currently a family of 7. We got married in 2020, then welcomed our son into this world, followed by an adoption of our little girl. We are a foster family and current have 3 wonderful foster kiddos! We have 3 dogs. We love football and being outside. We use to do derby but stop doing derby’s to have more time with our littles and enjoy camping life!

We would book again and again in this camper. The master suite was perfect for my husband and I. The kids bunk house was absolutely awesome- not to mention how clean and beautiful the camper was. Excellent trip! 6 stars!!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Flexibility depends on day of the week but we are available most nights and weekends! Our delivery time is normally 5pm but can possibly be changed per request and our pickup time is 10am unless campground checkout is earlier or later time is previously arranged with renter.
