Que experiência incrível! Vivemos 10 dias na campers van que alugamos através da TB Outdoor rentals e foram os melhores dias da nossa vida! A empresa teve o cuidado de nos equipar a carrinha com tudo o que necessitávamos para termos as melhores férias de sempre sem preocupações. A carrinha estava limpa e bem cuidada. O processo de aluguer foi bastante simples e foram-nos sempre esclarecidas as dúvidas quando surgiam, uma vez que foi a nossa primeira mas não última viagem numa van! O Noble é muito acessível e prestável e esteve sempre disposto a ajudar em tudo o que necessitamos e a menina que nos fez o check-in que entretanto esqueci o nome foi super simpática e divertida! Recomendamos bastante o serviço desta empresa de aluguer local. Apoio ao cliente fantástico! Certamente voltaremos a alugar da próxima vez para fazer a Pacific coast highway 😊😊

It is very difficult to find the right words to thank TB Outdoor Rental team for our awesome trip. In four weeks my wife and I drove more than 4,900 miles, travelling through seven States (CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT and AZ) visiting eight National Parks (Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Death Valley) and the cities of San Francisco and Las Vegas.
For us, being first-timers on board of an RV, the support given by TB Outdoor Rental team throughout the whole process was remarkable: from prior to rental (proposal, information requests, answers to our (hundred of) doubts, tips, etc) up to during the trip itself (availability to answer calls about hook-up connections doubts, etc).
The RV just needed to be filled with gas…. and on the road again. Zero issues. Zero problems. The solar panels, together with the batteries pack, are incredible efficient and we did not even need electrical hook-ups at campgrounds. For the rest, just 15 minutes every two or three days were enough to empty grey tank, the toilet cassette and to fill up the fresh water tank. All easy and fast.
The Van is very comfortable, even for long trips. Easy to drive safely at roads speed limits, but also perfect to drive on tight streets like in San Francisco. Parking is not an issue anywhere.
The fridge looks small but has a great capacity and easily accommodates our food and beverages for about 4 days, keeping all super cool. Perfect!
No doubt next time we´ll rent from TB Outdoor. Thanks Noble, Maron and the whole team! This was the best holiday of our lives!
