2020 Cruiser RV MPG Ultra Lite
9 person camper w/ King Sized Bed, private bedroom, comes with a fully stocked modern kitchen featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishes, silverware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, a Blackrock gas grill. The secondary outdoor kitchenette has a mini fridge, stovetop with gas burners, sink, cabinets and countertop space. Large ground mat and (2) zero gravity lounge chairs. All linens are provided for. We were the poopy smelling campsite!!! Mike's super clean camper wasn't cleaned at all. Josh the setup guy told us right when he got out of the truck that his wife does the cleaning! He said she wasn't available and he doesn't like to clean. After set up Josh left and we started to stock the camper with our belongings. We found dishes in the sink unwashed, there was dried toothpaste spit in the bathroom sink, floors weren't swept, mirrors weren't wiped down, previous tenants clothing wedged between, dog hair stuck all over the walls but that wasn't an issue, I can clean. The main issue was that we ran out of water within a day and a half of my daughter and I staying in the camper. On top of that the black tank was never cleaned out so it wreaked so horribly that we couldn't even use the bathroom let alone open the toilet or it would stink out the entire camper and campsite. It was so bad you could smell it from the road 40 feet away. I notified Mike that his super clean camper didn't have the black tank cleaned out and smelled horribly. Mike sent Josh to try to fix it. That's when Josh noticed that we are out of water. So in order to fill the water and clean the black tank out we had to pack up the camper so he could tow it up to the dump station in the middle of our trip. Josh spent about an hour cleaning out the tank and supposedly filling our water back up. Within a day and a half the toilet was unusable again and we ran out of water from just flushing the toilet and rinsing dishes. This was a disgusting setback and embarrassing for my 12 year old daughter who now has the "poopy smelling site". I also purchased bundles of wood through Mike that he said were half the cost of the campsite. I got four bundles at $15 a bundle equaling $60. At the campsite they had three bundles for $15, slightly smaller but the three bundles were more than what his one bundle was. No big issues other then the wood I got through Mike was 2/3 pine and we all know pine snaps and pops all over. I also rented the golf cart through Mike. It was a last minute add-on and he didn't have the golf cart with the camper so he asked if he could tow the golf cart to my house and I could tow the golf cart 2 and 1/2 hours up north. I did and when I got to the campground the campground refused to let me bring the golf cart on the grounds because they don't allow them. This information I did not know and I assumed Mike knew or he wouldn't have offered it to me. So I tow the golf cart all the way up the campsite only to have his setup guy Josh tow it back home. It was a $200 charge for the golf cart for the week and Mike kept $50 of it for gas because he had to tow it to my house for me to tow it up north!?! And which you know towing a trailer uses more gas than not towing a trailer so that was added cost I wasn't anticipating. But I let that go. The lower cupboard doors in the camper were all broken out and duct taped back into place (pics). To top off this wonderful experience dealing with Mike after I voiced my concerns was crazy. He blamed me for not calling him the second I found an issue and there for I'm just making shit up for a refund. I called him about the black tank smell and the fact that I never received a key to lock my belongings up or the camper (Josh forgot to give me one both times he came out) while we were on site. All the small stuff I let him know about after the trip but again according to Mike I just did that to get a refund when in turn I was just trying to let him know what was up with his camper. I asked for a refund for the fact that the black tank wasn't cleaned properly and we ran out of water twice. That camper sleeps nine adults and my 12-year-old daughter and I ran out of water twice in a day and a half just mainly flushing the toilet. Somebody's not doing their job efficiently and the renters are getting the blame. If you want to be the "Poopy campsite" this rentals for you.
