Kevin was great at communication and was very friendly. We had an overall great experience using First Class RVs. They were kind enough to include all the basic needs in the RV trailer to lessen the work on our end. Would not think twice about using them on our next trip!

Everything was great except the mattresses were very thin, which made them very uncomfortable for both adults and kids. Kevin was great though! Brought us a new generator, and a gas can!

we had trouble with the refrigerator & the generator. Kevin tried to fix the problem but it consisted all week. We are experienced campers & we dealt with it. We will book again next year
